This incredible video by trip leader Mark Hatter from our Raja Ampat Underwater Photo Workshop was captured using dual Kraken Solar Flare Mini 15,000 lumen video lights. These lights feature an excellent price point of $799 for 15,000 lumens of output – perfect for wide angle video in clear, sunny conditions. Kraken was able to create an affordable product by stripping down the original Kraken 15,000 hydra lights of their colored LEDs to include just one bright white light. This 5600K white flood beam is extremely high quality with a CRI of 90, and a wide 110 degree beam angle. With an hour long burn time at max power (and even longer at lower powers), this light has the option of replacing the batteries between dives for continued shooting. We were extremely impressed with the colors and quality of the footage Mark captured on his workshop!
