African Diver Issue 28 Now Available
The 2013 Sardine Run, Maldives, Wrecks & More in this Month's Free PDF Mag
By Brent Durand, August 30, 2013
The latest issue of African Diver is now available for free download, it showcases just how great the scuba diving in Africa can be. The PDF magazine covers the African dive scene and is packed with great articles and amazing photos this month. I've skimmed it through and can't wait to do a full read this weekend. Below is a summary of the issue:
In issue 28 we scoop the low-down on the recently wrecked Rio Sainas in Zavora, Mozambique. We have features diving in the Maldives and the Cape Verde archipelago. Staying with the islands, we have compelling story on the sterling conservation work being done in the Seychelles. There’s sardine run stories too, packed with images of humpback whales and a close-up encounter with a Brydes whale. We celebrate the “Paddle Out 2013” movement to raise awareness of sharks on World Oceans Day and cover diving the Brothers Islands, Daedalus and Elphinstone in the Red Sea. Finally, there’s a stunning portfolio of images from Geo Cloete and news on the Ocean Art underwater photography competition. Download the magazine and enjoy it at your leisure.
