Inclusions
✓ 6 nights accommodation at Hotel Kaveka, twin occupancy
✓ 5 days on the water looking for whales, weather permitting, on a private boat with captain and guide
✓ Light breakfast (more info below)
✓ Light lunch on the boat
✓ Small group size (max 6 guests, incl trip leader)
Exclusions
✗ Dinner (~ $10 - $50 USD per night: local restaurant or grocery store.) Buying food at the grocery store can be inexpensive. Most restaurants will pick you up free of charge at the hotel, but the restaurants can be pricey. There is a reasonably priced pizza place within walking distance of Hotel Kaveka.
✗ Full breakfast. The package price includes basic breakfast which consists of fresh fruit, French bread with an assortment of jams, tea, and coffee. We’ve negotiated a rate of 6,000 CFP per person (~ $55 USD) for your entire stay that you can pay directly at the resort if you want to upgrade to the “American self-service all you can eat breakfast” which includes everything in the basic breakfast plus cereals, pastries, and a hot plate of eggs any style with bacon, ham, or cheese.
✗ Taxi to/from Airport/Ferry and Ferry/Hotel (~$25 USD, split among passengers), 4 taxi rides total
✗ Ferry Ride to and from Moorea ~$30 USD round trip. You can also fly, though the ferries are cheap and you can buy tickets on site (i.e. they don’t need to be purchased in advance.) There are two ferry companies:

- http://www.terevau.pf/ (Has 1 ferry boat)

Sample Itinerary
> Day 1: International flight arrival, take ferry to Moorea, hotel arrival
> Day 2 - 6: Look for whales 9AM - 4PM (Pickup / dropoff times are sample times and not guaranteed)
> Day 7: Depart hotel, take ferry back to Tahiti
