Ever since she can remember, Lisa has been fascinated by the ocean and its inhabitants. Born and raised in the middle of the prairies, though, she mostly had to make do with books and movies to satisfy her curiosity. In 2011, she got her open water certification in Mozambique. In 2018, Lisa and her fiance Bryan quit their jobs to travel for a year, and did as much diving as possible along the way (in French Polynesia, Australia, Indonesia, and the Philippines). During this time, Lisa started playing around with taking GoPro video, and has enjoyed capturing the wonderful creatures they have met on their dives.
